Printed documents may contain sensitive personal information, including identification, legal, immigration, consular, financial, or other confidential information.

  • arrange and complete delivery;

  • process payments and maintain business records; and

3. Your Documents

Your privacy matters, especially when you entrust us with sensitive documents.

Your submitted files are used solely to fulfill your printing order. Access to customer documents is restricted to the business.

Unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to resolve an outstanding matter, your submitted digital document will be deleted within one hour after your order has been completed.

We do not retain copies of your documents for future use or marketing purposes.

4. Customer and Order Information

Information needed to document transactions, process payments, handle disputes, meet tax or accounting obligations, or comply with legal requirements may be retained for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes.
